Our Team
Todd Wilson
Team Leader
Todd is the founding CEO of Exponential and has over 20 years of experience in supporting church planters and church planting churches. Todd is co-founder of several other ministries including Discipleship.org and Passion for Planting, and has written 10 books on church multiplication. Todd is providing team leadership for the launch of Renew Movement.
Donnie Williams
Directional Leader
Donnie is the lead pastor of Lifepointe Church in Raleigh NC. Donnie has over 20 years of experience in church planting, including assessing, coaching, and training church planters. Donnie spent years as a key member of the Stadia advisory board and is now team leader of one of Renew Movements initial pilot church plants.
Bobby Harrington
Directional Leader
Bobby is the founding and lead pastor of Harpeth Christian Church in Franklin, TN. Bobby has over 20 years of experience in church planting, including assessing, coaching, and training church planters. Bobby is co-founder of Discipleship.org and Renew.org, and is now team leader of one of Renew Movements initial pilot church plants.
Dave Clayton

Dave is the founding and lead pastor of Ethos Church in Nashville TN. Dave has years of experience in church planting, and is founder of the Onward Church Planting Network and the Awaken Prayer Movement. He is now team leader of one of Renew Movements initial pilot projects.
Brett Andrews
Directional Leader
Brett is the founding and lead pastor of New Life Christian Church in Chantilly VA. Brett has over 25 years of church planting experience, and is co-founder of Passion for Planting. He is now team leader of one of Renew Movements initial pilot projects.
Brandon Guindon
Directional Leader
Brandon Guindon is the founding and lead pastor of Real Life Ministries Texas in Houston TX. Brandon has years of experience in church planting, and is a key executive leader in the Relational Discipleship Network. He is now team leader of one of Renew Movements initial pilot projects.
Our Roots
We are historically connected with the independent Christian Churches of the Restoration Movement. Our founders collectively have over 100 years experience in church planting and have co-founded other ministries like Exponential, Discipleship.org, Passion for Planting, Relational Discipleship Network, Onward Church Planting, and Renew.org.
